Previously known as Neighborly, owners Kyle and Andrea sought a rebrand and complete visual overhaul. The original identity leaned too heavily into real estate and didn’t represent the full scope of their services. The new brand was designed to balance a cosmopolitan, design-forward approach to remodeling and real estate with the grounded, blue-collar nature of restoration and window services. This resulted in an identity that captures Midwest warmth, neighborly service, and a modern, forward-thinking presence.
